川味麻辣的特色在於味道辛香而帶麻,且具淡淡藥材香。支持本地農業的女廚蜜兒嚴選特級四川花椒及青花椒粒,經翻炒爆香後研磨成粉末,香氣十足;再用上辣度溫和的川椒及經低溫烘至香脆無澀味的白芝麻,令口感加倍細緻。經多重繁瑣工序製作而成的四川麻椒醬,麻香惹味、鹹度適中。醬料的用途亦非常廣泛,嗜辣的你可隨意將其添加於不同料理中,例如拌飯、撈麵、涼拌、炒菜、蘸醬或打邊爐醬料,簡單一小匙就可令菜色風味更上一層樓。
Sichuan spiciness is all about the unique hot and spicy taste with a hint of herbal medicine fragrance. Mab, a local female chef who supports the local agricultural industry, carefully selects and stir-fries premium Sichuan red peppercorn and green peppercorn grains, then grounds them into powder for the special aroma. Adding dry Sichuan pepper of mild hotness and white sesame baked at low temperature enhances the texture of the sauce.
Merely a single teaspoon of Sichuan Mala Sauce is able to enhance flavours for a wide variety of dishes such as mixed rice, lo mein, salad, hotpot or it can also be used as dipping sauce.
