泰式冬蔭公醬採用了二澳的優質香茅、南薑、尖紅椒、檸檬葉作主要材料, 以支持本地農業。加上青檸、蕃茄、尖紅椒等食材,熬製出一道色澤鮮艷,酸辣鮮美的湯品醬料。
冬蔭公醬汁本需加入乾蔥、鱼露和蝦殼以增鹹香味,由於素食不能用上述材料,為了提鲜就用了素緣Jeffery的獨有配方製作,在不加味精和菇粉之下,讓素食者和不食五辛者都能品嚐這道獨特的泰國風味菜。


冬蔭功湯除了有「泰國國湯」之稱、有驅濕作用之外,亦有滋陰作用,對改善體質效果不錯,並且有保護腸胃及驅寒養胃的效果。

Our Thai Tom Yum Sauce is created with supporting local farmers in mind.
Its main ingredients, lemongrass, galangal, red chilli pepper and lemon leaf, are all grown at the Yi O farm with excellent quality. Together with lime, tomatoes and red chilli pepper, a colourful, spicy and sour soup base is made.
The sauce recipe originally called for shallots, fish sauce and shrimp shells for savoury. To cater to vegetarians and people who don't eat the five pungent spices, Chef Jeffrey used a special recipe for savoury purposes without adding the above ingredients, MSG or mushroom powder. 
Tom Yum soup is often considered as the national dish of Thailand with the efficacy of eliminating dampness from our bodies. It is nourishing “yin” to improve physical health, protecting the digestive system, dispeling cold and helping to nourish the stomach.

製作人:素緣Jeffrey,本身擁有22年飲食業經驗,擁有14年酒店西餐宴會部經驗,其中在半島酒店6年得著最深,亦從中學習到多國的菜式,對日後運用在素食創作有很大幫助。


5年前因身邊朋友影響再加上本身的宗教信仰,開始食素、並轉型成為素食廚師。不同素食店學習和擔任主廚一職,,希望推動素食文化,能帶给大家不同國家的原素和個人一些混合多國的創作!
