印度咖哩金黃醬採用了二澳的優質薑黃和生薑,通過優質食材製作的美食令身體更健康,是我們希望達到的目標。
薑黃被視為消化功能促進劑,具有抗菌、抗發炎、改善脂肪吸收、減少脹氣等。
肉桂是一種天然的食物防腐劑,含有大量的鐵和鈣質, 除了有抗氧化功能,並能有效阻止新增血管形成, 抑壓腫瘤生長。
生薑可以降低膽固醇、強化新陳代謝。

印度咖哩金黃醬引用印度配方外,同時期望讓一班不食五辛的朋友都能品嘗印度風味,因為沒有洋蔥關係同時亦無味精和菇粉,所以加入大量蔬菜以提鲜並增加纖維。為避免對果仁引起過敏問題的朋友能夠食用,配方又將腰果改作雞心豆作為重要營養材料。


Indian Golden Curry is made with turmeric and ginger from Yi O farm with excellent quality. We hope that through delicious food made with high quality ingredients, our customers will attain even better health. 
Turmeric aids digestion, studies show that it may help to fight bacteria and infections, to reduce fat absorption and abdominal bloating.
Cinnamon is a natural preservative loaded with antioxidants, it also contains a large amount of iron and calcium. Cinnamon also has anti-cancer activity effects via inhibition of angiogenesis, i.e. the growth of new blood vessels in cancer cells.
Ginger can help to lower cholesterol, as well as boosting metabolism.

Based on traditional Indian recipes, our Indian Golden Curry also caters to people who do not eat onions and garlic. We added a large amount of vegetables in place of onions, MSG or mushroom powder in order to enhance the savoury deliciousness. This curry sauce is also cater to people who suffer from nut allergy, our recipe uses chickpeas instead of cashew nuts.

製作人:素緣Jeffrey,本身擁有22年飲食業經驗,擁有14年酒店西餐宴會部經驗,其中在半島酒店6年得著最深,亦從中學習到多國的菜式,對日後運用在素食創作有很大幫助。

5年前因身邊朋友影響再加上本身的宗教信仰,開始食素、並轉型成為素食廚師。不同素食店學習和擔任主廚一職,,希望推動素食文化,能帶给大家不同國家的原素和個人一些混合多國的創作!
