香港本土研製獨家配方,以精選材料加入大澳鹹魚,以及具本地風味特色的醬料,適用於港式腸粉或蘿蔔糕等,更添滋味。

Based on a local Hong Kong secret recipe, the X.O. sauce contains handpicked local ingredients and the famous Tai O salted fish. The sauce can be added to steamed rice roll and turnip cake to enhance flavour.

製作人:盛哥,西廚轉務農。盛哥原籍柬埔寨華橋, 70年代頭落籍香港。早期從事西廚工作, 90年代轉業務農。是香港最早期的有機農夫一族,身體力行推動本地有機食材。於自家農場,種田不忘廚藝,以新鮮食材做餐,中西合流,宴友為樂。二澳任職期問,受大澳魚村風味啟發,創制以蝦乾及咸魚為主要風味的咸魚XO醬。
