Tammy從事餐飲業30多年,曾任職多個大餐飲集團,2000年回港開設囍菜泰式海南雞專門店,以秘製無骨泰式海南雞聞名,更屢獲大型烹飪比賽殊榮,近年開辦私房菜及任職烹飪導師,用心把美食與顧客分享。


櫻花蝦菇菌醬採用櫻花蝦、鮮冬菇、菜脯及洋蔥等材料,帶出鮮甜味道,最適合用作炒菜、蒸海鮮、炒飯或加入湯粉麵。

Chef Tammy is a veteran with 30 years of experience in the restaurant and catering industry, previously working for major companies. In 2000, she returned to Hongkong to open Tammy's Kitchen, famed for its Thai-style Hainanese boneless Chicken. She has also won awards in main cook-offs. In recent years, she opened a private fine dining room and became a cooking instructor to share her passion for tasty cuisines.

Our sauce uses ingredients such as sakura shrimps, fresh shiitake mushroom, dried radish and onions to bring out the savoury taste. It is a great addition of taste to fried vegetables, steamed seafood, fried rice and soup noodles.
