Chilli Sauce with Shrimp Paste

本地潮汕人自家配製辣椒油，原為魚蛋粉店專用，現加入大澳蝦糕，味道更添特色。配湯粉撈麵或腸粉糕點皆宜。

A fusion of Chiushan-style chilli oil and Tai O shrimp paste, Chilli Sauce with Shrimp Paste provides a unique mixture of savoury and spiciness.  The chilli oil can be added to noodle soup and Chinese dim sum.

成份：大豆油、辣椒乾、蒜肉、紅蔥頭、蝦糕*[大澳]、咖哩粉、盬、鮮南薑
(*甲殼類動物制品 可能含有少量麩質、魚類)

Ingredients : Soybean oil, dried chilli, garlic, shallot, Tai O shrimp paste*, curry powder, salt, fresh galangal
* crustacean products, may contain traces of gluten or fish
