鴨腳木蜜，眾蜜之王 

生態野蜜：至純至正，皆因採自廣東最大蓮花山脈，遠離城市的深山幽谷之內。 順應自然之道用當地蜂種採野蜜釀製蜂蜜，此舉除了讓當地的自然生態受益之餘，所釀成的蜂蜜亦遠較香醇甜美，營養遠較豐富，這就為之「零干擾生態釀蜜」。
食療功效： 鴨腳木蜜質地細膩，味甘而略帶特有苦味，是帶有中藥特色的蜂蜜品種。有助舒緩鼻敏感、胃部各種不適及咽喉腫痛。富含天然礦物質，絕無任何添加 。
小小提示：鴨腳木蜜乃外表隨時間改變蜜種。新收採後呈金黃液狀，數星期後全部或部份呈奶黃膏狀，到夏天分成兩層，上液狀，下膏狀，然後顏色隨時間轉深，皆為正常外觀上變化。

Ivy Tree Honey is often considered as the “King of honey”.
Ecological Wild honey: Honey in its purest form harvested from Lotus Mountain, the largest mountain range in Guangdong province, deep mountain valleys far away from the city. Using local honey bees to gather honey from wild flowers, it is considered as a form of “zero interference ecological honey making”. It is not only beneficial for the native ecological system, the harvested honey also is far more luscious and has a mellow flavour with rich nutritional value.

A little reminder: The appearance of Ivy Tree Honey would change over time. When it was first harvested, the honey would appear as a golden liquid form, then a few weeks later part of it would crystallise into a creamy yellow coloured paste. When summer comes, the honey would be in a darker colour, separated into liquid and paste.
